Open Access Policy

CISS is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access. Users are allowed to read, download, copy or use the content for any lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. The content is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0).
CISS does not charge any article processing charges (APCs) or article submission charges (ASCs) and does allow the author(s) to hold the copyright without restrictions.
